Another "who knew?" moment...the people of Utah eat twice as much lime Jell-O than anywhere else in the world. Lime Jell-O is the official state snack.
Originally introduced in the 1950's by a restaurateur concocting a dip for french fries, you can find different versions of Fry Sauce (ketchup, mayonnaise,...) throughout the state.
