Massachusetts Interesting People

Wow, there are so many "interesting" people from Mass...I had to feature at least four of my favorites!

Susan Brownell Anthony was born in West Grove, Adams on Feb 15, 1820.  Susan B. Anthony was prominent figure for women's rights and American civil rights.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy was born in Brookline on May 29, 1917.  JFK was the 35th President of the United States.  He was assassinated on November 22, 1963, while serving his term as President.



 
George Herbert Walker Bush was born in Milton on June 12, 1924.  He was the 41st President of the United States. He is the father of George Walker Bush who was the 43rd President of the United States. 



Ruth Elizabeth "Bette" Davis was born in Lowell on April 5, 1908.  Bette was an American film, TV and theater actress.  In January of 1941, she became the first female president of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
