Cheryl Jean Stoppelmoor was born on July 12, 1951 in Huron. Cheryl Ladd became a household name in the 1970's for her role as Kris Munroe in Charlie's Angels.
A former professional golfer, Marlene Hagge was born in Eureka on February 16, 1934. She was one of the original 13 founders of the LPGA in 1950. Marlene won the LPGA Championship in 1956.
